In this essay I will critically discuss the physical activity and exercise as a component of health. Also I will explain a Maori model of health- Hauora, Te Whare Tapa Wha. Finally I will argue that there are other aspects such as education, food and housing that will impact on health. Physical is defined as “relating to the body when opposed.
